  • Prohibited: illegal, explicit or erotic-only ads; adult-only content; escort services not aligned with wellness. — such posts will be removed immediately without warning.

  • All content must follow Kenyan law and community standards.

  • MassageInKenya.com reserves the right to edit or remove content at its discretion.

5. Payments & Refunds

  • Premium listings and promotional features may be available for therapists.

  • All payments are final — no refunds, except as expressly stated or legally required.

  • MassageInKenya.com is not responsible for transactions between users and therapists.

6. Booking & Transactions

  • Users and therapists handle service terms (time, location, fees) themselves.

  • We do not guarantee quality, safety, or outcomes of any service.

  • All bookings and payments occur outside our platform; users and therapists agree to hold us harmless for any issues.

7. Disclaimers & Liability

  • The platform is provided as-is without warranty.

  • MassageInKenya.com is not liable for any loss, damage, injury, or dissatisfaction resulting from using the site or services.

  • Use of the platform is entirely at your own risk.

8. Intellectual Property
